At Life In Gray Studio, we’re committed to delivering your stationery items safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom, pre-orders, or made-to-order items may require additional time. Processing times for these will be noted in the product description.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to:

Missing unit/apartment numbers

Incomplete contact details
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packing your orders, Life In Gray Studio is not liable for:

Lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered

Damage incurred during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
