At Life in Gray, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund Window: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must email proof of the damage (clear photos) to lifeingraystudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for your claim to be considered.

Important Notes

• All refund requests for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund. Life in Gray reserves the right to deny any refund request if it does not meet our policy requirements.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
