Refund Eligibility
- Refund Window: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must email proof of the damage (clear photos) to lifeingraystudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for your claim to be considered.

- All refund requests for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
